Philemon

Philemon is the shortest letter Paul wrote in the Bible.  335 words, 25 verses long, and three very different stories.  Paul a church leader and prisoner; Philemon a wealthy slave owner; and Onesimus a runaway slave.  What do they all have in common?  They had all decided to follow Jesus.  What happens when you follow Jesus, come under his authority and you are in authority over others?  What happens happens when you come under the authority of Jesus and are under the authority of someone else?  Join us for this 3 Part series and discover what a prisoner, slave owner, and slave has to teach everyone of us about how God wants to use our everyday lives to re-enact and proclaim His message of hope and reconciliation.
