Year End Bash:

Summer is almost here, which means the youth year is coming to a close. We’ll be playing a SunWest youth favourite, Mantracker in Fish Creek Park. Where kids will make their way from Bebo Grove, to Glenfield avoiding leaders on their way.

We are meeting at the church at 6:30pm to catch the bus that will take us to Bebo Grove. Pick up will be at Glenfield parking lot at 9:30pm (14428 Bannister Rd SE)

This will be a combined event with Jr. and Sr. High, but Jr. High students will need to be with a leader throughout the night. Fish Creek is big, and I don’t want to lose any kids.

Please Complete the All Year Waiver if you have not done so this year

Also please make sure to register for this event as we need to know attendance numbers.

Things to know:

The Event Cost $10

Students will need to wear clothes appropriate for outside, running, and getting wet

Youth will be provided a white T-Shirt for the game, youth leaders will have water guns with washable paint in them. Students who get back to Glenfield with the cleanest shirt in the shortest amount of time wins.

There will be hot dogs, chips, and pop provided

Please register by June 16th to make sure your kid gets the right size T-Shirt, if registration is after the 16th, they will receive a shirt with the available sizes.
